Inky Oz

This is another challenge that we had over at the Imagine Learning Artists challenge.
I didn't get as far on this as I had hoped. And I'm only half satisfied with what I've got! I do hope to finish this sometime, it's been fun living in Oz for a little bit. I hate the Tin man, and I hate some of the poses so there will be some major fixes and revisions next time we see this...
But here it is anyway, sorry I've been away for a spell.

I second the love of the cowardly Lion's face.

Any chance you could throw in some characters from the later Oz books or are you sticking with the film?

It is what it is.
I doubt I'll put any more characters in so I guess this will be more after the film.
I'm going to resesign some of the sketches some more as I really hate some things going on here...

Love the pic but I can't help but feel you have the Tin Man and the Scarecrow backwards.

If they were switched, I think the composition of the pic would come together a lot better.

Cheers again Nate :)

You're right Ric, I was thinking the very same thing. ;)

Thanks bud!

Looks fine to me although the Tin Man's action Figure stance bugs me. I love how you have captured the original movie Lion's face in this sketch!
